Frank Ernest Duncan

Barbara, all your children and spouses. After meeting all of you the day of the rosary, Frank and all of you have been in my prayers. Our Lord is caring for Frank now. As many of us Kelly friends knew Frank he was kind and willing to help you. I pray you and family are doing well and as we give a salute to Frank once again. God Bless all. Betty Chrisman/Kelly Ret.

Hello Mrs Duncan,
Barbara, Frank, and Mari, please accept my deepest condolences. I remember your dad he was always a very nice man. Oh my I regret that sometime last year I actually stopped by your moms after my sons game at the center across from the Hernandez family (if they still live there). I got off to knock and I did but not hard enough ....when no one came to the door I left boy do I regret not trying harder. I sure do miss you guys. . May the lord bring you peace, my thoughts...

My deepest condolences to Frank Duncan's family. May the Lord give your family the support you need in this time of loss. Frank was a very nice person. I met Frank in Receiving Bldg 1537. God Bless your family. My prayers are with the family.

Our prayers go out to the Duncan family during these challenging times. I worked with Frank for a couple of years at Kelly Air Force Base and I will miss his good sense of humor.
