The Lord is my shepherd, I have everything I need. He lets me rest in fields of green. He leads me to quiet pools of fresh water. He gives me new strength. He guides me in the right paths as he's promised. Even if I go through the deepest darkness I will not be afraid, Lord, for you are with me.

Even though I only got to see Frank Ernest a couple of times since we graduated from high school together, I've always had a very special place in my heart for him. I still remember him vividly. He was one of my closest childhood "camaradas" playing on the dusty, unpaved streets of Moore, TX. He and I were pretty close until he found the love of his life: Barbara. (I couldn't blame him for not paying attention to me after that!) I also knew Mary and Sylvia pretty well and remember them with very special fondness. I want to wish ALL his family my most heartfelt condolences. Perhaps I'll see some of you next time I come to Texas to see my family.

To Frank Duncan's Family my condolences on his dimise.
It saddens me to learn of his passing.
He was a good hearted person and one of the co-workers I missed from Bldg 1530 at KAFB; when I was re-assigned to DFAS in January 2000.
May the Perpetual Light shine upon him
and may he rest in peace. Amen.
