Frank Ellis Obituary
Frank Paskle Ellis, 99, of Louisville, passed away peacefully on July 18, 2016. He was a member of Calvary Apostolic Church and was retired from American Motors Corporation. He was preceded in death by his wife, Stella Ellis. Survivors include his wife, Marjorie Ellis; son, Gary Ellis(Hilda); daughter, Carla Bauer(Bill); grandchildren, Barb Jenkins(Lonnie), Dean Ellis, Janet Ellis, Darren Ellis(Renee), Peggy Ellis, and Benjamin Bauer; great-grandchildren, Brittany, Steven, Dakota, Nicholas, Marleigh, and Ava; and great-great-grandson, Carter. Funeral service will be 6:30pm Friday, July 22, 2016 at Evergreen Funeral Home with entombment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8pm Thursday and 5:30-6:30 p.m. Friday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Calvary Apostolic Church or Help Hospitalized Veterans.

Condolences to the entire family. Frank Ellis lived on the same street as my family when we first started attending church at Elim Tabernacle in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in the 1960's. I still remember his friendly and cheerful personality and that strong "Praise The Lord!" so often spoken during church.

Frank is now in the arms of the Lord. He is busy discovering the beauties of Heaven. May the Lord help his family as they get use to the loss. When I have lost my Mom and Dad and I am missing them, it always help to know how happy they are in Heaven.

Frank is now in the arms of the Lord. He feels so good now as he discovers the paradise of heaven. May the Lord help soften the blow of losing him by realizing how fantastic he is feeling now. When I have lost my family and miss them, remembering how happy they are always helps me feel better.

Sis Ellis & family, so sorry to hear about the passing of Bro. Ellis, he was a great man and he loved the Lord, Joe and I loved it when he would whistle the songs when we sang them, I'm sure that Joe will meet him at the pearly gates to welcome him home.. My deepest Sympathy to Margie and the Ellis family. Bro. Ellis was such a dear sweet friend who lite up a room when he walked in with his smile! He never had anything bad to say. His knowledge of the bible was unbelievable! I always loved hearing him pray. For him to step in as my grandfather for my wedding 17 years ago meant the world to me!! My prayers for peace and strength for all the family during this time.
