Not sure what to say?

RIP Mr. Fergundes...your dedication and common sense approach to teaching will never be forgotten.

I enjoyed attending his science class. He loved my Track and Field medals. He was a great inspiration and role model! Love, Rosa

On behalf of Brett, Kim, Derek & Adam...whose education was greatly enhanced by Mr. Fagundes' dedicated teachings!

Sorry I missed Frank's notice. Wanted to say that while our 4 kids attended Riverdale Elementary and I served on the board ther, Frank was always admired and valued for his 100% dedication...to teaching kids! While eccentric...it was that quality that magnified his zeal to teach...and expose his students to the World. Sharing personal experiences and relating how they applied to his...and potentially their lives...was his passion. To illustrate his complete dedication, our Superintendent...

He was definately the one teacher I will always remember! Thank You Mr. Fagundes for being exactly who you were.. a genuine whole hearted person! You will be missed!

Frank was a wonderful and unique human being, and truly a remarkable teacher who touched many students lives. He was a great friend and will be sorely missed. It was an honor to have known him.

Good bye Mr Fagundes. You were an amazing teacher. I know you didn't get the credit you deserved back then and kids could be so mean. You definitely left an ever lasting impression in my head. So many memories... Any time I think about analogies or hypothesis you are the first person that comes to mind. Thank you for going above and beyond not caring about the slack you'd catch from kids or other teachers. You are the one that made the difference in so many of our lives. I will be forever...

Frank was a remarkable teacher at Riverdale Elementary. He and Iworked together and retired together in 2006. He taught my three children and worked with me and our staff on numerous projects and community events. He left a lasting impression on all who knew him. My deepest sympathy to his family.

Mr. Fagundes was a great teacher who made learning fun for all of his students. May he rest in peace. He will be missed by many.

My condolences to the Fagundes family. I carpooled with Frank for a year as we commuted to Riverdale together. The stories of his travels are legendary and I have not forgotten them.
