Dear Margot, Pam & Jeremy,
Naina and I are so sorry for your loss. We were so lucky to have moved to Yale Street and be blessed with such amazing neighbors as you.
Frank will always be in our thoughts. He left an ever lasting inpact upon us. We will surely miss him.

Words cannot express our sadness upon learning of Frank's passing. Please know that we shall cherish forever the wonderful memories of being his neighbor for so many years. He was a wonderful man, so full of love and warmth, always ready to lend a helping hand and a friend to all who came in contact with him. We are so happy that we saw him in February, 2007.
