Sorry to hear of Frank´s passing. He had a long, strong, amazing life. One of my earliest childhood memories is of Frank sitting on the back of a pick up at our house on Lawrence Street strumming a ukulele and singing six foot two eyes of blue. I also have a later childhood memory during the holidays when I was learning to play the flute and my best friend Gina was learning to play the trumpet and he was so encouraging to what I can only imagine was a horrible cacaphony. Frank Kowski was one of the very very best associations I had in my years of Mountain States telephone telegraph, Mountain Bell, US West etc. he was a true professional that had great knowledge and my total respect personally and professionally. There was none better in the company that I ever associated with . My first summer job was 1955 inspecting the Beach --Helena toll line. When Frank retired, I seriously considered selling my stock, how about that. Smile WR (Bob)...

I´m sorry to hear of your loss Scott and Family !! Our Fathers careers paralleled so closely ! I know that your Father was one of my Father´s favorite Telephone Company people and I always enjoyed our school times together !! My Condolences and Take Care Always !!

Frank was one of my favorite supervisors at Ma Bell. He was such a kind man. You will be missed Frank. God bless your family.
