I first met Frank in 1973, doing electrical work at his building in Gilberts. Then it was just a couple years ago, we hooked up at the "Mermaid Bar", in Fort Myers Beach, FL, for a few beers, and reminiscing. Frank was a very nice man, and I would like to express my condolences. Richie
