Not sure what to say?

Now here was one great Union Man! I come from a third generation of printer's My dad Neil M. Ballard Sr. worked with Frank on union business for many, many year's..That trade is long gone now..But the memories of those day's.. With men like my father and Frank continue in my thoughts those day's will never be the same.
Was a honor knowing Frank..His family should be very proud.. Jimmy Ballard

Papa Frank will be missed by his great-grandchildren, Anna Andrew Elenora Brian Tyler Luca Makena Maile Owen and Nora

He was a brilliant man and I have nothing but fond memories of him; his being a caretaker, and his love of gardening most above all. He was the closest friend my late grandmother Grace had in the last couple years of her life and he was always there to help when needed at his own personal will.

I am sorry I missed the services I just learned of his passing today. Frankie was such a loving, caring and supportive man who's absence will be noted by many. May he rest in eternal peace.

Sorry to hear of Frank's passing..I worked with him at the New Haven Register. As a matter of fact he work with my dad and grandfather there as well..that's when it was on Orange St.
He was a very honest and most important a very strong Union Man always fighting for what was right in the labor movement..
May Frank rest in peace..Jimmy Ballard
