To the Modricks, I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. My heart goes out to your family, Frank was a wonderful person.

My thoughts are with him and everyone that was a part of his life. Frank was a great friend and brought me many, many moments at Penn State that I won't soon forget. RIP Frankie. You will be missed.

I had the pleasure to know Frank through one of my college roomates. Frank was a great guy who always had a kind word to say. I'll always remember those Nittany Beverage stops, the black VW, and the "gifts" you would leave our apt. R.I.P. Frank

I am deeply saddened by the news of Frank's passing. I want to express my condolences to all of his friends and family. I wish you all comfort in this time of grief.

I am a high school classmate of Frank's. I clearly remember Frank and his love of music. We introduced each other to some great music back then. I always felt comfortable talking with Frank.
