loved knowing Frank through Jobs Daughters of which we both had active daughters. Prayers for his family at this time.

Frank was my Scoutmaster in the early 1980's and had a profound impact on shaping my life. I cannot thank him enough for his mentorship. He will be missed.

I have so many fond memories of dear Frank. What stands out most were his sparkly smile, his wit, intellect and kindness. We enjoyed every opportunity to spend time with Liz and Frank, both in Bellingham and Hawaii. Aloha, Frank.

I remember Frank from Toastmasters. Great person.

Mr. Morrow was the most eloquent speaker. He was the master of ceremonies at my Job's Daughter's Honored Queen Installation. Rest in Peace Judge Morrow.

To Liz, Scott, Mark, Joyce ......your father was a wonderful, spirited, funny, delightful man who always was gracious to all the kids that landed in his council. I will always appreciate his gentle advice, fatherly guidence and caring he showed for any kid or teen.
