Met Frank & Nancy in Fl. 20 yrs. ago and became snowbird and email friends! Frank always had an email to share that was usually hilarious or an unusual antidote. Going to miss that! Also his and Nancy's presents in Fla.! Our prayers and thoughts to Nancy and family!

So sorry sorry for your loss, knew Frank from Sweeney´s and I worked with Joanne. Prayers as you go through these difficult days. Be well and safe.

SFC Pelczarski (Frank) was a close friend and brother-in-arms. He taught me the values of respect, dignity and honor. Values which he lived by. I will be forever grateful to him and will honor his memory.

I have been friends with Frank and Nancy for many years. They were always available to offer input on various issues. He and I have long military histories and spent many hours on this topic. That will be missed. Rest in peace my friend.
