Frank J. Perkowski

Frank was one of a kind. I worked with him while he was with the Baltimore Police Department, and when he retired and went to the State's Attorney's Office. He was a hard working man, and even though we only spoke telephonically, I felt like we were friends. Then one day I was in The Perry Inn and heard what I thought was his voice, was introduced to him, and I knew he was my friend from BCPD. To Frank's family my love and support. Frank taught us so much, what a great man! The one and the only Frank Perkowski will be remembered as the best Dad, husband and grandfather I ever knew with the best sense of humor and a heart bigger than a circus elephant! I know that he is with the sweet Lord Jesus and all the Wujeks and Onestis and we will see him again most certainly! He will be so so missed!

To Gloria and family, my deepest sympathy. Frank was a dear friend, a loyal husband and father, and will be missed tremendously. He was a man of high character, and I'll never forget the many years of our friendship. You are all in my prayers.
