Frank was one of a kind. I worked with him while he was with the Baltimore Police Department, and when he retired and went to the State's Attorney's Office. He was a hard working man, and even though we only spoke telephonically, I felt like we were friends. Then one day I was in The Perry Inn and heard what I thought was his voice, was introduced to him, and I knew he was my friend from BCPD. We remained friends for a long time, and I still think about him often. There's no doubt in my mind that he is with our Lord.

To Frank's family my love and support. Frank taught us so much, what a great man! The one and the only Frank Perkowski will be remembered as the best Dad, husband and grandfather I ever knew with the best sense of humor and a heart bigger than a circus elephant! I know that he is with the sweet Lord Jesus and all the Wujeks and Onestis and we will see him again most certainly! He will be so so missed!

To Gloria and family, my deepest sympathy. Frank was a dear friend, a loyal husband and father, and will be missed tremendously. He was a man of high character, and I'll never forget the many years of our friendship. You are all in my prayers.

My family will be praying for all of you. Your dad was a wonderful loving man and thought the world of all of you. He will be enjoying his first Easter with the King. He will be looking down on you with a big smile. I will never forget all of the time I spent with your family and the fun that we had.

My deepest sympathy to all of the family. I spent many days at the Perkowski household while in high school, and Mr Frank was always a wonderful man. I remember many of the fun crab feasts I was invited to... always felt like part of the family when I was there. There was the "gallon jug" incident that one time, but he never got angry! He was a gentleman to the end, by lifting the burden from all of you, and making the final decision regarding his care. My heart goes out to all of the family. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time, especially to my dear friend Mare, and her Mom.
