Read MoreWhen I read this in my local newspaper, I was immediately taken back to my days ar PHS. Frank was a bit ahead of me but we all were astounded by his basketball skills. The boys gym at PHS was so loud when he scored! Great player and apparently had a wonderful career, family,,,and life. RIP....
