Coach Scott was truly one of a kind. My husband had the honor of being coached by one of the finest men that ever played the game. I had the honor of volunteering with him at Rolling Hills Little League. He was the epitome of class, honor and valor. You don't see many people like that any more. I am quite sure that Frank is up in heaven teaching baseball and football to kids that were taken too soon from their parents. God bless you and Earline. You shall forever be honored and missed by my three sons, my husband, and of course myself. Rest In Peace Coach!

I remember being a young cheerleader for pine hills Trojans back in the 90's! He was so serious about football and his love for the game and coaching! I could see that at such a young age. My older brother played for him and I can still hear his voice asking my brother you wanna play football son? Herbert you wanna play football son?! My name is Tamara White (Herbert maiden) and I just wanted his family to know he's touched my life and so many others even in the smallest forms! His life and presence has blessed so many! My condolences to his family!Sincerely,Tamara White

It's only fitting God would entrust Coach Scott with boys to raise. He not only excelled at that responsibility for his own, but for so many other boys in the community who are all today men, and all proud and privileged to have been mentored and coached by him. He impacted hundreds, if not thousands, of lives that today carry on his example and legacy of service, integrity and love. Our community is stronger because he decided to raise his family here. God Bless the Scott Family. Coach Scott, we miss you. Thank you! Until we see each other again.

I was not a close friend of Frank Scotts and in fact had not seen him for many years. I knew him from Rolling Hills Little League where our boys played baseball. I always had the most respect for him and when I looked at him and the way he handled himself on the field....I saw nothing but class. Rest in Peace!!!

What more can you say about a man who lived his life with class, professionalism and humility. He was a man who was devoted to his faith and family. You will br deeply missed but never forgotten. Your legacy and spirit will always be felt on the sidelines and dugouts on the field of dreams where you were such an inspiration for not only myself but for so many of our youth to this day. I will always be greatful and blessed to have a man like yourself who helped guide me and who played a big part in my process of growing from a boy to a man. God bless you Mr. Scott and God bless your family. Heaven has a special place for someone like you and I hope our souls meet again. God bless

Frank was a great coach and I learned a lot about coaching Little League with him. Frank was a man who honored his word and it was my honor to know him. Even though we haven't seen each other in a lot of years it seems like yesterday that we were haveing the time of our lives with our kids. He will be greatly missed.

Frank Scott was one of those best friends you can count on one hand. I worked in the same office with Frank at the Hanford Nuclear reservation during construction of the Fast Flux Test Facility. When I met Frank he arrived at Richland Washington I was impressed with his professionalism and the management, who were also impressed as they often requested his considered opinion on a range of matters. Being impressed with Frank I made friends with him. We mentored each other on many life issues. We trusted each other and shared our deepest heartaches, love for God, depth of love for our family, business ideas, etc.
Frank had a great sense of humor. The funniest story Frank ever told me was when soon after his arrival Frank was driving down a freeway at night during one of our wind storms. He said as he was driving, he suddenly saw a large bolder headed straight at his windshield, and immediately threw up his crossed arms and screamed. The next thing he knew he had not been crushed and needed to put his hand back on the steering wheel in order to stay on the road. He asked me how could such a thing take place? I replied, what you thought was a bolder was just a large tumbleweed. I love Frank and plan to see him again on the other side. May God continue to bless you Earlene and your wonderful Kids.
