Not sure what to say?

Just wanted to say that I think of you often and how much you loved my mom and dad and all who you called family. Love you so much. Still see you waiting to go to work when you'd come to pick up my dad. I was 15; you will always be remembered. Love Carol Lee

A great landlord & a gracious Gentleman. I will always remember his kindness & his humanity towards others not as fortunate or down on their luck. Frank will be missed, we had lots of little chats when he would come into Ace Hardware in Pittsburg. I always appreciated his friendly smile. Our deepest condolences to the family.

To Karen and Family, our deepest condolences. Frank was a great man!! He was like an uncle to me and my siblings and a brother to our Dad. He will be truly missed.

My sister and I so enjoyed seeing and talking to Frank at our cousins gathering in Reno at the Italian Festival. He sought us out especially to spend time with. Very sweet man.
