Just wanted to say that I think of you often and how much you loved my mom and dad and all who you called family. Love you so much. Still see you waiting to go to work when you'd come to pick up my dad. I was 15; you will always be remembered. Love Carol Lee

A great landlord & a gracious Gentleman. I will always remember his kindness & his humanity towards others not as fortunate or down on their luck. He treated you as an equal & was able to see people for who they were, not by what their circumstances were. He was a generous in all his business practices for I was one of the recipient of his rental properties. He was a man of character & had a kind heart. I popped in at a duplex to inquire if it was for rent. That's how I first met Mr Siino. All I did was tell him about my unfortunate foreclosure & pending divorce & that I really needed a place for my 2 son's & I in this neighborhood that we had always loved. He just listened and said he would rent it to me. That's how kind he was.

I'm so sorry to read that Mr Siino passed away. He was my landlord & a wonderful person, that I was blessed to meet at a critical time in my life. He treated me like a relative, almost like a daughter. He was always there to lend a helping hand and to just listen to me. He greeted you like a gentleman, & with a smile that was warm & friendly. I will never forget the first time I met Mr Siino, he was fixing something at a duplex ,I was just wondering if it was for rent,so I stopped & let myself in because he didn't hear me. I m sure I surprised him, but he was kind enough to listen to my hard luck story, of my recent divorcing intentions & loosing my home due to foreclosure. I was thinking about not mentioning the loss but there was a kindness in the way he showed his complete attention to my inquiring about his property. He just told me right there that I could rent it. I was so grateful for all the hard work he put into his properties & concern for his tenents. He is and will always be a one in a million gentleman, I know I will always remember him fondly. My condolences Karen Siino & to your family. I'm so sorry to find this out I was filling out a rent application & needed previous landlords. Again my sympathy to you & yours.

Frank will be missed, we had lots of little chats when he would come into Ace Hardware in Pittsburg. I always appreciated his friendly smile. Our deepest condolences to the family.

My sister and I so enjoyed seeing and talking to Frank at our cousins gathering in Reno at the Italian Festival. He sought us out especially to spend time with. Very sweet man.
