My deepest condolences and prayers to Dr. Snowden's family. I graduated from Howard in 1983 and took one of Dr. Snowden's classes. I loved his teaching and enthusiasm, which was contagious. Out of all my Howard instructors, he left the most enduring memory. And I was one of many. I remember when former student Debbie Allen came to visit him, for example. I would sometimes think about Dr. Snowden and am glad to know he lived a long and rich life, and leaves a great legacy.
