Steen USAF (Retired) Colonel Frank Steen, age 83, passed away quietly Friday, February 19, 2016 at Riverside Hospital following a long illness with Leukemia. His wife of 63 years, Nancy Steen, his two sons, David and James and his five grandchildren were at his bedside at the time of his passing....

I still have a picture of me and Col. Steen swearing me in as I accepted my ROTC scholarship in 1976. I will try to find it and post it here. It is a wonderful picture of him -- and I look so young as well!
