Condolences to his family, and all our family members. Frank always wanted to help me when I was acting a real fool about 30 yrs ago. He showed me that he cared for all our families. REST IN HEAVEN COUSIN.

Dear Family, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Frank and I were good friends back in the 70's. I was a student at Howard University. I sometimes saw him when I was home from school and he had vacations from the military...also when he visited his family in Washington DC. I'll never forget his love for motorcycles.
