Dear Family,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Frank and I were good friends back in the 70's. I was a student at Howard University. I sometimes saw him when I was home from school and he had vacations from the military...also when he visited his family in Washington DC. I'll never forget his love for motorcycles.
