Farewell Frank. It was a pleasure knowing you and a hoot working as your "Assistant to the President" at the Charles Playhouse. You were a singular guy and you'll be missed.

I first knew Frank when I was working at the Charles Playhouse as a high schooler back in the early 1960s. I saw him as a quirky, interesting and charismatic character even then, and as I continued working in the Boston theatre world, my impression never changed. What I remember most was that he was as friendly and respectful to a 17-year-old usher as he was to the leading lights of the Boston stage. I was, and am, impressed.
