I was saddened to find Frank's obituary online! Frank and I grew up together in McCook, Nebraska where we spent lots of time playing at the river and getting into trouble with our BB guns. I helped put Frank on the train for boot camp the night of our high school graduation. I only saw him one more time in 1965 or 66 when he came home on leave. After that I lost track and always wondered where he ended up. Over the years I tried a few times to locate Frank and was finally successful in...

I remember the first time Frank introduced us all to Kim and how proud he was. Alda was so happy for him. He was a very kind person. I always loved his smile and laugh. He was very proud of his family and loved his sister.

My sincerest condolences go out to Kim, Lisa, Jessie and family of Frank. I am saddened to hear the news of Frank's passing. I lived a couple of houses down from the Wulff's in El Paso as a child. I have some great memories of Frank, especially one when the Wulff's had a garage sale and my dad brought a door over to sell. My condolences to Nancy, Kim, Lisa, Jessie and Jessie's family on the passing of your brother, husband, father and grandfather. I only knew Frank through stories and pictures from Nancy; it was quite obvious that he loved all of "his girls" and those cute grandbabies! I hope you all find comfort in that he is at peace now, with no more pain or suffering. You will see him again, in a more joyous time.

Jessie, Dad and I
Dad,
Although we haven't always seen eye to eye on how I should lead my life, you've always been there to support me in not only my successes, but my failures. I'm going to miss our Sunday chats and your rantings on politics. I love you dad, and just know that you made an impact in at least one life.
