I miss your smile, wisdom, love of jazz, and your humor. Thank you for being my big brother

Rest in peace Frankie, you will be missed. Many fond memories of early recovery and our killer games of cut-throat racquetball with Merrill. Know that you made a difference in the lives of others.
Love you,"brother man."

Frank was my first counselor at the college and he helped me a great deal. He nominated me for an award and academic scholarships. We all appreciated the effort he put into his work. Frank helped so many. Peace be with his family.
