Dear Judy,
Words may not express how sorry I was to see the passing of Frank. I knew Frank in my years @ National Marine. I sold him his SeaRay 270.
He was always a pleasure to deal with. May he rest in Eternal Heavenly Peace. With My Deepest Sympathy, "Semper Fi Frank."
