I remember my parents hauling all five of us kids to Dr. Stockmann's office to get our annual flu shots. As I would "ponder my fate," I would relax by looking at the Vincent van Gogh Sunflowers print on the wall of the waiting room. This childhood memory will forever be more cherished. Thank you Dr. Stockmann.

Dr. Stockmann was my first doctor when I came to Elgin in 1965 ... I have thought of him often and will like having the obit information to add to my memory book. My husband and I both extend our prayerful blessings to his family. Mr. and Mrs. Cliff Olson
