Norm was such a card! So much fun and joy to be around. Never met a stranger, I will never forget his humor, his smile and his love and devotion for his family. I am deeply saddened for his family who will miss him tremendously!

I have since moved away but in the 20+ years I was Norm’s neighbor we spent many times chatting across the backyard fence. Norm was a great asset to the Hilliard community for so many years. His type of quiet, continuous and selfless contribution is what made Hilliard great in it's growth years. Please accept my deepest sympathies.

Norm and I worked together when I was a young customer engineer with IBM in the early 80's. I always enjoyed his company and talent.
