I don't even know where to begin and it's taken me this long to even gather words,(which Fred would find hard to believe...that I was without words). Fred meant so much to our family for so many reasons. We met the Hahns through baseball and it just grew from there. He always made us laugh, had a heart of gold and was eager to help out in any way he could. And boy did he and thankfully he knew how much he helped our family and did so modestly. My heart is broken for Sue, Adam and Chad and I...

I was Freds eighth grade Social Studies teacher. He was a pure delight to have in class- he had such a great spirit and a certain joie de vie( I have probably spelled that incorrectly)- he was well liked by all and a fun loving kid. I have very fond memories of Fred and I can only imagine how his friends and families will miss him. I am so sorry for your loss. I was looking forward to having him work on my house when the quarantine would be lifted. I will miss that.

You will be missed my friend love always....

My last outing with Fred was in March to the Butterfly Museum and Yankee Candle, And if I knew it was to be our last I wouldve recorded every moment. Fred was my friend, my partner in crime, and my greatest competition for Seaglass w, And if I knew it was to be our last I wouldve recorded every moment. Fred was my friend, my partner in crime, and my greatest competition for Seaglass when we took our walks on the beach. Love you Fred, and Ill miss you ❤

Thank you all for the kind words about my brother, He helped so many people and was so good at giving to others, As a true gift to his memory as a community lets rise up and be the voice of mental illness stop the stigma that continues year after year, My brother was the voice for many now lets be his and be his advocate of finally being heard with out judgement. Thank you all again for being the love and light for my brother, we truly appreciate it as a family,

I knew Fred from a painting job he did at our work, he was here approximately 3 weeks but in that short time we all enjoyed his smile, his wit, a few stories with some of his life lessons thrown in there, and his obvious deep love for his family. He was very proud of his sons and wife. On behalf of Gary Edwards, Edwards Answering, and all our staff that enjoyed our conversations with Fred, we send our deepest condolences to his family and friends. May you rest in eternal peace Fred
