Not sure what to say?

To the Irons Family,

It was with great sadness that read of the passing of Dr. Fred. His legacy with the medical community of Pitt County will always be remembered. To the family members, of whom I grew up with, I offer my sincere sympathy. What a wonderful giving life he had. May the Lord bless you and your family during this time.

To the Irons family,
I grew up with the name of Irons being synonymous with comfort, care, and love. Dr. Malene was such an influence for good that my sister Amy was named after Dr. Malene... Amy Malene Leggett. We have hopefully honored Dr. Malene with naming one of our granddaughters after her.

Dr. Fred was indeed a kind and honorable man. He and Dr. Malene are a great example of what a marriage should be. Our love and admiration to the entire family.

Dear Dr. Malene and family.
My deepest sympathy to you all. I remember going to the doctor's office as a child.
I am sure Dr. Irons will be missed.
Again, my heartfelt sympathy to you all.
Sincerely,

I enoyed getting to know Dr. Fred over the years at Cypress Glen. He will be greatly missed. He was a very special man. What I will remember most is how much he loved and was devoted to Dr. Malene. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Tom, Ben, and Fredford, I just heard about your dad's passing last weekend. He was always so good and sweet to me. I have many fond memories of a very special man. Please offer your mother my condolences. You and your families are in my prayers.

Psalms116:15 Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints. Dr. Irons was a great man, and humble as well as loving. Heartfelt condolences to the Irons family.

My deepest sympathy goes to each of you. What an gift Dr. Fred was to Greenville. He & Dr. Malene have made such vital contributions to the medical field for the benefit of all of the Greenville & surrounding areas. God bless you for that. I never heard anything but good about him. Knowing that he is safe in the arms of Jesus must be a comfort. Please know that I care.

To Dr. Malene and her family,
My deepest sympathy goes out to you in the passing of Dr. Fred. Dr. Fred and your entire family have touched my family and so very many others in both your professional and Christian lives. My thoughts and prayers will be with you.
