Not sure what to say?

Dr Lewis was the BEST!! I miss him dearly!

Dr. Lewis was my mother Amanda physician for many years at Open City clinic. He is missed and will always be remembered and love.

Barbara Lewis

Dr.Lewis was my physician for several years at Model Cities in St. Paul, and at a clinic on University Ave. He was an excellent Dr!

I'm sorry to hear of his passing. He is truly missed.

Dr. Lewis was a comfort to me and my family as my father's physician. His jovial, calm and patient manner was always a pick-me-up for my Dad. I will forever hold on to my memories of Dr. Lewis. My deepest condolences to his family.

Dr. Lewis was an awesome humanitarian and genuine friend. I first met him at the Model Cities Clinic and followed him to Open Clinic. He administered medical and human care to both me and my beloved mother who suffered from Alzheimer's. He will remain a void in many patient's hearts. He went way beyond the call of duty. His door was always open to all. To the family: Thank you for sharing a wonderful gentleman.

A classmate, friend, colleague, ideological brother and "a regular". Better known to the crew as "Tuffy", was special kind of guy, keenly observant and had no problem with speaking his mind about what he observed. I personally have never known him to be without an opinion about anything. We studied together, struggled together and shared triumphs together. His passing leaves a void in many lives and certainly mine. We've had a good run together and I celebrate having the privilege of...

To the family of Dr. Lewis, I am writing on behalf of my mother Judy Childrey. We are so very sorry for the loss of such a caring, wonderful person, Dr. Lewis was such an important person in my mother's life, he was always there to guide her, he was the one who convinced her to have a mammogram, which discovered the breast cancer, he helped her through the long road of that along with having a heart attack and losing her husband all within 3 years, to his testament, when she moved in with us...

To the family of Dr. Fred Lewis:
I am very sorry to hear of the passing of Dr. Lewis. I met Dr. Lewis in 1994 when I was the Executive Director of Model Cities Health Center, Inc. in St. Paul, MN. He was both a good person and an excellent physician. He and I spent many hours discussing how we could deliver quality health care to our patients at the health center whenever he had a break in his day.
He will be missed by all how knew him well.

Sincerely,

Gregory A. Smith,...
