I enjoyed working with him on utility matters and loved listening to his stories and hearing his hearty laugh. He will be missed. Hi Jane, so sorry to hear about Fred. he and I go back to when he did a summer clerkship at B&D while still in law school, and I was such a new, young, lawyer myself that we spent a lot of time together. Of course, he did a lot of important serious legal work, but I have two great non-legal memories which immediately came to mind; first, when someone sent him out to Mr Daniel's house to have some papers signed, and Mr. Daniels insisted on entertaining him for several hours, and second,...
