Not sure what to say?

Sorry for your loss. My prayers go out to the family.

David, My condolences and prayers go to you and your family during these times of your great loss. May God comfort each of you. Ken Ross

I am sorry to hear about Mr. Shanks. My family from the Hitchins to the Knights (three generations) knew each other through church, baseball, high school, and college. He took Cliff and I to a Jackson Mets game and we spent the night at their home, I felt like I was at my mamaw and papaw's house. A great family! I know that he's be missed. To Don , Cliff, and all the Shanks family, my prayers and thoughts are with you.

Our prayers heartfelt sympathy is with the family of Fred Shanks, Our older family members were all friends to the Shanks family.

I am so sorry to hear about Demp and I am so sorry I could not come to the funeral. He was such a wonderful person. We loved it when he and Frances (and the rest of you) visited Taylorsville to see all of the family. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you during this time. May God Bless!!

The world lost another one of the good guys when your father (and Grandfather) died this week. It was a true pleasure to have known Fred and Francis. May God continue to Bless your family, help your through the coming days and fill your lives with the laughter and joy of great memories.

David, Doug, Don, Kaye, Mimi and Beth:

How hard it is to lose a dear friend, but happy are the memories that I will cherish forever and happy, too, that he will be united with the love of his life, Frances. All of you hold a special place in my heart. Love and God Bless each of you and your families. My love, Mary Frank Hitchins

Please accept our deepest condolences and know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers. What wonderful parents you were blessed with, who not only cared deeply for their children but so many others as well. They both were always there for us and we are forever grateful. Those wonderful memories will sustain you in the days to come.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.
