Not sure what to say?

When Marty and I Met the Spencer it as so amazing. I so sorry that they all didnt stay around. Fred was the last to joint them so i hope they are haveing a good time. Sharon,Billy and Dan my thoughts are with you all. Love Mary

What I remember about Fred is that he could light up the whole SFO airport, with his "smile" alone, looking at his picture now,is just how I remember him over 25 years ago.I know he'll me missed by many.God Bless his family and loved ones and keep you strong during this very difficult time.
May he rest in peace and suffer no more.

Fred loved to laugh and joke with everyone. Among many other memorable qualities, he possessed a great passion for the game of basketball. And even though he wasn't always the fastest player on the court, he made up for it with a deep dedication to shooting the ball - from anywhere.
Fred was a great man. My condolences to the Spencer family.

Fred... You were truly one of a kind... A good friend and family person. It's too bad that God took you so soon. You will be missed, but you must have a greater calling and task with Our Lord. God Luv Ya!

Words can't begin to describe how much Fred meant to our family, especially to my Dad. We will all miss his kindness, his smile, and of course, his never ending ability to everyone laugh. I'll never forget the days we all spent at Crystal, the hilarious messages he would leave on the answering machine, or all the times he drove down the hill just to say hi. Fred was such a great man and he will truly be missed. My deepest sympathy and love to Sharon, Billy, and Dan, keeping you all in my...

I grew up across the street from Fred on 14th and Castro in San Francisco and recall some of the crazy times he experienced at the McKinley School Yard..... Fred seemed to never get caught. It's amazing that he became a police officer (and an good one to)........He will be missed...........A Good Guy and Good Friend

My condolences and sympathy to the family..............

Fred was a great guy; he always looked out for his team and was quick with his wit. Our sympathy and prayers to Sharon, Billy, Dan, Nancy, and Shirley at this most difficult time.
