Fred was a force of spirit and wisdom that was a pleasure to work with through the years. He was a good friend, and taught those of us fortunate to work with him a lot with his strength and candor. My condolences. May he rest in peace. Rhonda

Fred was the older brother I never had. We worked together at St. Ignatius College Prep for a handful of years, and he led the efforts by the school's sesquicentennial committee to stay a block party that drew in more than 7,000 people. He led a number of special projects, including building the new press box and the glass covering over Orradre Courtyard.
