I was at Macy's for almost 25 years and we shared a lot of happy times over the years at parties, etc. On a few occasions when my Mom visited me in Albany overnight, Fred gave my Mom a ride home to Saratoga. Fed was well liked and what a salesman! Had a great personality.

My heart is so sad with the passing of our beloved friend of our whole family for so many years. Fred and Gert were always there for our family and always support. Fred always came to visit every time Don and my self came home. He will truly be missed by all of us. May God rest his sole.

My family and I were fortunate enough to have crossed paths with Fred and Gert many years ago. They are terrific people. I will remember Fred's unending smile and his ability to make you feel special any time I had the chance to sit and talk with him. He truly enjoyed people and had a heart of gold.
