Frederick C. Bartz

Being second cousins, Fritz & I always enjoyed seeing each other @ Ace Hardware where he worked part-time. As well, both of us as Marines had a lot in common. A more respectful & dignified Christian man, I've never met. Fritz drove the "limo" for my parent's wedding & his dear father filmed the reception in 1946. Uncle Frederick (not sure that´s genealogically correct, but that´s what I called him) was the most gentle and loving soul. His hugs were the best! I will miss him. Love and light to Aunt Ellen and all the family.

Fred was one of the kindest, most sincere men I have ever known. As mother to Justin Bills, Kim Bartz's husband, I often had opportunities to talk with Fred and Ellen at family gatherings. They were both unfailingly warm hearted and inclusive. I will miss Fred very much, and I send my sincere condolences to Ellen and his family. He was a bright light in this world, and the glow of his kindness to me will remain in my heart.

Our sincerest sympathies to Ellen and family. We have many fond memories of get-togethers with the extended Bartz clan and know that the heavenly reunion will be joyous and warm.

Will missing see him at St. John's for church services. Thoughts and prayers are with Ellen and the rest of the family.
