Dr. Frederick D. "Fred" Catlett

Everyone who knew Fred was blessed. He was a lovely classmate all through school and a great human being!

Fred and I shared almost all of our classes at school and activities at church. He was such a good, good man and friend. Of course, he was so smart and was happy to answer any questions I had, but he also knew when to listen. I just thoroughly enjoyed being with him. For three years, 1972-1975, I worked closely with Fred in Nebraska and came to know him well. I appreciated the way he cared for his physically challenged parents. Then as fate would have it, he also did the same with his first wife, Penny, as she struggled with physical limitations. Fred was an intern and resident during those years as he was in training to fulfill a life mission as a General Practitioner doctor.
