NEW OXFORD Frederick W. Ecker, 58, died Friday, November 9, 2012. Viewings Tuesday 6 to 8 p.m. at Feiser Funeral Home, Inc., 302 Lincolnway West, New Oxford, and Wednesday 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, 2740 Roosevelt Ave., York. Service 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church.

My condolences go out to the family of Frederick W. Ecker. I am thankful that I had the opportunity to call him a friend. He was rugged on the outside, but gentle on the inside. You will be sadly missed by so many that you touched. May God Bless you, and your family.

Fred, thank you for being the kind of man many should aspire to be. We will miss you but know you are right where you want to be with Aunt Pat.

Fred was such a caring person. He was a wonderful brother-in-law to us and uncle to our children. We are going to miss you Fred but you are now reunited with the love of your life our beloved Pat. Rest in peace and we love you.
