i have wonderful memories of times with you and fred at BH. yes, he was always engaging, interesting, clever and entertaining.

I will miss you Fred, Always with that warm enthusiastic greeting you gave me that made me feel special. I met Fred in 1973 while looking for an apartment on S. Portland Ave. in Brooklyn now known as DUMBO. The apartment was in a brownstone owned by his friend Simon. The brownstone was in a multicultural neighborhood and the brownstone did not have a lock on the front door and the apartmenent had a giant hole in the ceiling.
