We are sad to announce the sudden passing of Gail (Chase) Beard on Feb. 21, 2023. Gail was born Oct. 14, 1953 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to Charles and Patty Chase. She moved to Arlington,Texas, where she spent time raising her children. She later moved back to Cedar Rapids, which pleased her sisters...
