Not sure what to say?

i HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO FIND ANY MENTION OF GAIL'S CAUSE OF DEATH. WHEN I WAS LAST IN TOUCH WITH HER SHE SEEMED FINE.

I knew Gail when we were both at Bard. I had the good fortune of reconnecting in the past year through my activities with the alumni association. I was shocked at her sudden demise as I was unaware of any heath issues.

Soooooo sorry and saddened to hear that Dr Grissetti passed. I was blessed to be her research assistant at ODU in the 80s while working for Greg Frazier. She and Dr J Richardson also hired me to work for Commty Hlth Professions and PT with practicum placements for health care admin and commty health. This position allowed me to work closely with Dr Rettie and Mahaifer and the Provost. Dr Grissetti was my Aging Professor in graduate school and a strong advocate for preventing disease and...

We all miss her very much.

This message is to Dr. J and Arcia and family. The short time I had to get to know all of you have made an indelible impression on my life. It is hard to put into words how much I respect and admire Gail´s for her relentless determination to fight until the end of her precious and incredible life. May Jehovah continue to give you peace and comfort.-CG

We will miss you Gail!...

Gail- you will be soooo missed in the Physical Therapy community. As one of your early students, you helped me look at the big picture. Then I came back to ODU to teach for three years as the program expanded! You were there to mentor a clinician who struggled to switch to teacher mode! Your travels to the Dominican Republic were legendary! Rest in peace

So sorry to hear of Gail's passing. My thoughts and prayers for Dr Jamaludeen & family.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this. Gail’s first year at ODU was also my first year of PT school. She was not only a professor of mine who taught me sooo much but we also grew to be a friends and wonderful colleagues. She was a true “giver” of herself and knowledge to the entire PT profession. I am such a better person learning from and having Gail in my life! Prayers to her husband and family. We will miss her dearly.
