I Miss you grandma

I first met Gail as a client but we quickly became friends. She was such a wonderful trainer and friend and always so happy and cheerful! Thank you for all the inspiration, support and push-ups! Will miss seeing you on the bike trail and knowing you are just a phone call away! ??????

I met Gail at Kinections, but we really connected when we realized we both had Diva bikes. I often ran into her on the bike trail and it was always a challenge trying to keep up with her incredible pace. She was a lovely, friendly and amazingly athletic woman. My heart felt sympathy to her family and close friends.

It has been a real pleasure to be able to spend a little bit of time with Gail each time I have come to Sacramento, over the past decade.

I have the best of memories of Gail and will miss that spirit immensely. My condolences to the entire family. May your hearts find solace in knowing that she was and will always remain in our hearts. Katja

I knew Gail when we were young mothers and our children attended San Juan elementary schools together. She was so lovely and outstanding; so much fun to be around. My daughter and I will never forget her....Rosemary and Lara Tanfani

Gail,
I will always remember your bright, honest smile and your amazing athletic energy and enthusiasm. You showed incredible gratitude for your "glorious life" despite the health challenge you faced. Your life and courage mattered to so many people. My thoughts and prayers are with your beloved Ron and your family.
