Yes, I agree with Mr.Romanelli in the comments below. All I can say is he, and those like him, truly could have changed this planet equal too or greater than Nikola Tesla. If I ever make it back to Washington in my life, I would like to stop by his grave to show some gratitude for all the enlightenment he has provided to a layman as my self in the function & reality of Radio-isotopic Matter and its nuclear energy. May his story not be forgotten!

Dr Winsor was a maverick in the field of nuclear science, and furthered the knowledge of said field. He has enlightened me on so much about this topic. He will be sorely missed.
