Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry Kathy, I HAVE BEEN THINKING OF YOU AND GARY FOR THE PAST YEAR AND DECIDED TO TRACK YOU DOWN. JIM AND I ARE HEARTBROKEN...WE LOVED GARY AND YOU BOTH. WE HAD SOME GREAT TIMES...LAUGHS AND LAUGHS.

I WOULD LOVE TO GET TOGETHER. I AM SURE YOUR GRIEF WAS GREAT AND I WISH I WAS THERE FOR YOU..

THESE YEARS HAVE GONE BY TOO FAST. IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE CONTACT ME AT THE OFFICE. I WOULD LOVE TO TALK WITH YOU IN PERSON.

Well Christmas has come and gone and a new year has begun. Somehow although we celebrated with family it just didn't feel the same, a little less laughter, and a lot of extra spinach dip. I guess we now know who ate all the dip during the holidays. I didn't seem up to making the jam thumbprints as I knew there biggest fan would not be here to enjoy them! Roger stepped in to help build the "some assembly required items" as we have been left with a vacancy in this department. A new year is...

My deepest sympathy to Kathy and your family. I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with
Gary a couple of times when we were without a controller over the past few years. I’ve learned a lot
from him, he was a kind and patient man and always willing to listen. We will all miss him a immensely at the Milwaukee Plant.

I have known Gary since he was a little kid, he is/was my cousin. His parents Laurie and Kay where two of the best people I knew back in my early childhood. It is very easy to understand why he was cared for so much by others.

Gary will be missed, I worked with him at the Chicago Plant, he always made it a point to walk thru the plant and say goodnight to us before he left for the night.I will never forget when he told us the plant was closing, he came by my press and said "What are you going to do when you grow up" I was 34 at the time. We had some fun and worked hard. Gary I love you, I would not be were I'm at if it wasn't for you. you will be missed.

My deepest sympathy to all of Gary's family. Although I worked at a sister plant, I always counted it a privilege each time that Gary and I would meet. Over the 15 years, Gary always displayed the qualities of a true gentleman in his business and social conduct. He was always ready with a "hearty handshake" and a "how are you". Gary will be deeply missed by so many.

I had the opportunity to work with Gary very closely after our controller moved to a new facility. In those months working with him I was able to learn more than all of the rest of my time in Milwaukee. I am extremely grateful for the time he gave me and the confidence in me he showed. I as well as many others are a better person because of Gary.

To Kathy and the family of Gary, please accept my heart-felt sympathies. It's hard to put into words what a great person Gary was, and what a privilege it was to know him. He not only taught us a lot professionally, but a lot about life and how to treat people. Gary loved people and treated everyone like family. That's probably why we lightheartedly called him "Dad", although under the circumstances, I can now see it wasn't too far from the truth. I will forever be inspired by Gary and I...

Kathy --
This e-mail note came from my friend Rick Waibel; we met you and Gary for drinks and went to King Henry's in Florida nearly 12 years ago.

Please convey my sympathies to Kath and the family. I only got to meet him that one time, but he seemed like a great person to know and be around.
