Not sure what to say?

Gary was one of the most influential people I have ever met in my life. I was a PT tech for him back in the 80s as I was interested in becoming a physical therapist. Once I began working with Gary I knew I would pursue a career in physical therapy. I have been a PT now for 27 years and I attribute the motivation and encouragement from Gary as the one thing that spurred me on to meeting my professional goal. He will greatly missed. He wa a very kind and compassionate man. A rare jewel indeed.

Amy and Family, I went away on a two week vacation and came home to catch up on the local news. I was shocked that Gary had passed away as he was such a giving, kind soul! I was a patient of Gary's and I literally was in a deep depression with a frozen ankle that was in constant pain, when I say I was ready to give up on life that is an understatement! Your husband and father saved my life. Gary was very intuitive of people he knew that I was down, yet he made me see the light at the end...

I went to Rogers with Gary and was always proud to know him as a young man. His integrity always showed through. Rest in peace.

I'm sad to read that Gary passed. I know he's in Heaven and will be reunited with all of you in time. What a great physical therapist- the best I had as he was both skilled and gentle but also kind and proud of his family. Nothing I could say will ease your pain. I'm not in your shoes but you're in my mind and heart and I'm deeply sad for you. I hope your memories will ease those times where the loss hits the hardest. Thinking and praying for all of Gary's friends, relatives, and those close...

Gary was a blessing in my life. Whether playing basketball or healing me from basketball, he modeled integrity, patience and teamwork, all delivered with a smile. The world lost a precious soul and role model. All of our prayers for Amy and family

So Grateful for Precious Time Togetther

The amazing good, kindness and love you gave to the world live on through all of those who loved you. You are one of the top 5 people I've ever known, so the ripples of good will continue eternally.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I've never met anyone so kind as Gary, he had a beautiful soul. I was one of his patients and he helped me through two shoulder surgeries and countless other body ailments. I really enjoyed talking with Gary about skiing, climbing and being on the water. We had the same G3 backcountry setup and I loved sharing stories of skiing untracked powder. He was an excellent physical therapist and even better person. I am really going to miss him.

Rest in Peace Gary Bartoo.
