Not sure what to say?

I just heard about Gary´s passing as I was thinking about my own birth experiences and looked him up. He was wonderful, with a great bedside manner. I always felt safe. I have 2 wonderful kids he delivered in the late 80s . I ran into him last at the Sacramento jazz jubilee and he admired his work in my new baby boy. I can only hope he mentored many new doctors. Remember the shirtless photo he had with his sons on his desk?

Gary Fields was a wonderful doctor. I had seen him for many years in the late 80's and 90's! He was also a wonderful, understanding and caring person.
A Sad ex-patient. God Bless you now and forever..

Dear Family,
Long ago, we knew one another...Blue Mt.Camp, Jackie and I were friends as well. What a special family. My Cousin Marilyn Watman Goldberg was a first cousin of Ruth's and the Mason family were your cousins as well. May Gary's memory be for a blessing.

I am so sorry to hear of Gary's passing. We were childhood frinds.
My heart goes out to jackie, she was my little sister at camp. Elaine Moss Bakst, Wellington, Florida

So sorry to learn of Gary's death. We were best friends at Princeton / had the privilege to know Jackie, and their parents, having stayed at their home. Ran into each other at a medical meeting in California but lost touch. Always missed his absence at PU reunions. My sincerest condolences to all his family.

I was so sad to read of Dr. Fields passing. He guided and worked my through 15 years of infertility. Today I have two beautiful, healthy children thanks to Dr. Fields amazing help. I will never forget him, he holds a special place in my heart. Rest in peace dear friend! .
In utmost respect, Maryann Cima

Dr. Fields delivered both of our children. He was the best. Prayers for his beloved family.

I worked at Sutter many years ago, and I remember Dr. Fields as a gracious, kind, and joy to work with. God Speed to his family and colleagues.

My father just told me about Dr. Field's passing. He delivered both my sisters and I in the 1980's, and our family is grateful for his care and how he touched all our lives. Our deepest sympathies for his family.
