I still miss you every day! Miss riding beside you & Kat! I got another Harley and it's just not the same... miss you brother! Until we ride the roads in heaven together. Love You

Gary I enjoyed my time in Evidence with you. You were such a hard worker with an understated sense of humor. Mesa PD has missed you greatly since you retired & will continue to miss you on this earth. Till we meet again

I actually met Gary in 1999 or 2000 while I was briefly dating his son. We all went to the Nascar race and I had a great time hanging with Mr Hinkle. Gary was a class act, I am sorry to hear of his passing. My condolences to his family.

I met Gary back in 1999 or 2000, can't quite remember but I briefly dated his son Brent. We went and saw Nascar and I got to hang with Mr Hinkle-nice guy and a class act. I am sorry for the family's loss-
