Not sure what to say?

Cubby and kids, kinda in a state of shock here. So many memories of Gary and family from years ago. Time has taken it all away, hope youre continuing on strong as I remember you. Love you.

Cubby, Im Kim (McManus) Sackmann. I was Arthur Kochs Technician at Jordan Hall, IU B. I just came across a research ref of Garys and looked him up only to find this sad news. I was battling cancer at the same time Gary died. Im OK now but was all focused on just that for several years getting better. I was actually hoping to reconnect with you guys for our retirement years and I feel such a sense of loss. We have all been robbed of a very dear, sweet, intelligent man. I feel for you and your...

Wish I found you earlier...but will connect again

I just learned of Gary's passing this week. I am so sorry for your loss. I am a member of the SEA-PHAGES leadership team and shared a keen appreciation of the Blues with Gary. He will be missed.

So sorry to hear of the loss of Gary. Sympathies to Kathleen and their children. It is warming to hear the wonderful way Gary contributed to our world. He will be remembered always as a friend.

I was very sad to learn of Gary's passing. We connected multiple times over the past years during my career at P&G, and I've hired several of his former students - who have always spoken very fondly of him and his dedication to his students. He did great work and left a great legacy. My thoughts and prayers are with him and the family.

So very sorry to learn of Gary's passing! We attended elementary school together in Taunton, Mn. it apparently launched him into a very accomplished career. My deepest sympathy to all the family.

Kathy and family, I was so sorry to hear of Gary's passing. He had a very accomplished life. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

To Gary's family, I am saddened at the death of Gary. We had many good times and fond memories in southern Minnesota. I moved away in 9th grade but managed to stay somewhat connected to the graduating class of Minneota 1969. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. RIP Gary
