Gavin and I were classmates from 2nd grade through 6th grade. He was always someone at school who made his classmates and teachers smile with his constant joy of live and wacky sense of humor. (I guess all humor was whack when we were that age.) No banana was safe back then.
I lost track of Gavin after HS, but it is a loss to have him go so soon.
