Mr. Fourzan was always so kind to me and my family. I loved attending events at TJHS because I knew I'd get to see my friend, Mr. Fourzan. I was a little girl and I was always impressed by how he took time to speak to me, give me a hug and encourage me.
He was a great Principal and a great boss / friend to my father.
Heaven is sweeter because he is there.
Until we are reunited I will carry many fond memories in my heart.

Uncle Gerry, I knew of you through my father and I regret not having met you because you sure were a very liked and loved person by those who had the opportuniy to enjoy your presence and teachings, when you find my dad, your cousin, please tell him we miss him and that our love for him is present everyday. I know you will see him because great people like yourselves only have one road to travel and that is to be in the presence of God our Lord.

TJHS Class of 1981- Mr. Fourzan, you were truly a respectable man. Even when you bestowed discipline, you were respectful, fair and classy. My sincerest condolences to the Fourzan Family. El Paso has lost a jewel and heaven has gained one.

Patsy & Beva, My prayers and heart are with you on the passing of your dad. As Christy's friend for 35 years,I enjoyed wonderful times and memories together with your folks. When my aunt passed, I found these words that I love: When I Must Leave You - I slipped into the night surrounded by my family, enveloped in the Love of all those who have come and gone before me. I was quiet for a moment and then there was rejoicing when I recognized all who have been waiting for me. My spirit is young and vibrant and free again. I am at peace. And just know that I am here to take your hand when you come home."
I can envision Christy with open arms ready to dance and sing an Eydie Gorme song!

Silver Fox graduate of the class of 1980. Mr Fourzan was a gentle soul who could mete out discipline in a respectful manner. He always had a smile on his face and I'm sure he will be missed. My condolences to his immediate and extended family. My prayers are with you all.

My condolences to the Fourzan family. I attended Jefferson High school in the mid 60's and had Mr. Fourzan as my Typing I teacher. He was a very inspiring instructor, strict but fair and somehow I ended a better person just knowing him.

My sincerest condolences, I'll never forget the best principle we had. I cherish the times I would sit at his office and we would talk about the previous or up coming game. If late to class, he would always excuse me. Our loss! Thanks for being you, Mr. Fourzan.

My family always loved Mr. Fourzan. He was always so kind to us and I have many special memories of him from my childhood growing up at Jefferson with my dad's band. He will be missed and always thought of with extremely fond memories.
